These Community Standards (“Standards”) describe the behavior expectations for all users of the OwnRyde Platform (“Platform”), including Riders, Drivers, and other users (“Users,” “you,” or “your”).

OwnRyde, Inc. (“OwnRyde,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a technology platform that connects Riders with independent Drivers.

All Users are expected to follow these Standards while using the Platform.

1. Respectful Conduct

All Users must:

• Treat others respectfully and professionally
• Respect personal boundaries and privacy
• Avoid harassment, intimidation, threats, or abusive behavior
• Communicate honestly and appropriately
• Avoid discriminatory conduct

Discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other legally protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.

2. Safety Expectations

Users must prioritize lawful, safe, and responsible behavior at all times.

This includes:

• Following applicable laws and regulations
• Avoiding dangerous or reckless conduct
• Following reasonable safety practices
• Cooperating during emergencies or safety incidents
• Wearing seatbelts where required by law

Drivers are solely responsible for the safe and lawful operation of their vehicles and transportation activities.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Physical violence or threats
• Sexual harassment or misconduct
• Stalking or intimidation
• Fraud or deceptive activity
• False reporting
• Identity impersonation
• Possession or transport of illegal substances
• Criminal activity
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Unauthorized weapons where prohibited by law
• Damage to vehicles or property
• Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Circumventing the Platform for unauthorized off-platform transactions
• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

4. Account Integrity

Users must:

• Maintain accurate account information
• Use their own identity
• Keep account credentials secure
• Avoid creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts
• Complete required verification steps honestly

Fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized accounts may be suspended or permanently removed.

5. Driver Standards

Drivers are expected to:

• Maintain vehicles in safe operating condition
• Maintain legally required licenses and insurance
• Keep vehicles reasonably clean and presentable
• Drive safely and responsibly
• Maintain professional conduct during rides
• Accurately represent vehicle information and documentation

OwnRyde does not inspect, supervise, or control Driver vehicles or transportation activities.

6. Rider Standards

Riders are expected to:

• Treat Drivers respectfully
• Avoid damaging vehicles
• Avoid unsafe or unlawful behavior during rides
• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Exit vehicles safely and responsibly
• Avoid disruptive or threatening behavior

Riders may be responsible for damage caused during rides.

7. Payments & Platform Integrity

Users may not:

• Commit payment fraud
• Abuse chargebacks or disputes
• Manipulate pricing dishonestly
• Attempt unauthorized payment activity
• Circumvent Platform payment systems
• Request or pressure Users into unauthorized off-platform transactions

OwnRyde may investigate suspicious financial or account activity.

8. Drugs, Alcohol & Impairment

Drivers may not use the Platform while impaired by:

• Alcohol
• Illegal drugs
• Misused prescription medication
• Any substance that impairs safe operation

Riders may not engage in unsafe or unlawful intoxicated behavior that threatens safety.

Reports of impaired driving or dangerous conduct may result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

9. Safety Reporting & Investigations

Users are encouraged to report:

• Safety concerns
• Harassment
• Fraud
• Accidents
• Dangerous behavior
• Policy violations

OwnRyde may review reports and take actions including:

• Warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal
• Safety restrictions
• Account review

OwnRyde may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

10. Platform Enforcement

OwnRyde reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Restrict Platform access
• Remove Users
• Investigate conduct
• Enforce Platform policies

Enforcement decisions may be made to protect:

• User safety
• Platform integrity
• Operational security
• Compliance obligations

Enforcement decisions are made at OwnRyde’s discretion.

11. No Guarantee of Conduct

While OwnRyde establishes behavior expectations through these Standards, OwnRyde does not guarantee the conduct, actions, safety, or behavior of any User.

Users remain responsible for exercising personal judgment and caution while using the Platform.

12. Updates to These Standards

OwnRyde may update these Community Standards at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Standards.
