This Airport & Local Compliance Policy (“Policy”) applies to Drivers using the OwnRyde Platform (“Platform”), operated by OwnRyde, Inc. (“OwnRyde,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

OwnRyde operates a technology platform that connects Riders with independent Drivers.

OwnRyde does not provide transportation services, operate vehicles, or guarantee regulatory authorization in any jurisdiction.

1. Independent Compliance Responsibility

Drivers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable:

• Local laws
• Municipal regulations
• State laws
• Federal laws
• Airport authority rules
• Transportation-related regulations
• Licensing and permit requirements

This includes responsibility for determining whether transportation activities require:

• Business licenses
• Commercial registrations
• Airport permits
• Transportation permits
• Chauffeur permits
• For-hire licenses
• Special operating authority
• Additional insurance requirements
• Other regulatory approvals

Drivers are solely responsible for lawful operation in the jurisdictions where they provide transportation services.

2. Airport Operations

Drivers operating at or near airports are responsible for:

• Understanding airport rules and restrictions
• Obtaining required permits or authorizations
• Paying required airport fees or access charges
• Following designated pickup and drop-off procedures
• Complying with airport staging or waiting area requirements
• Following airport authority instructions and regulations

Airport operations may be restricted, limited, or prohibited depending on local airport rules and applicable laws.

OwnRyde does not guarantee authorization for airport operations at any airport or transportation facility.

3. Local Transportation Regulations

Drivers are solely responsible for determining whether their transportation activities require:

• Commercial registration
• Transportation permits
• Local operating authority
• Business licensing
• Airport authorization
• Transportation network permits
• Vehicle inspections
• Additional compliance obligations

OwnRyde does not provide legal, licensing, tax, or regulatory advice.

Drivers should consult qualified legal or regulatory professionals regarding compliance obligations.

4. Fines, Citations & Penalties

Drivers are solely responsible for:

• Traffic citations
• Parking violations
• Airport citations
• Regulatory fines
• Permit violations
• Licensing violations
• Enforcement penalties
• Vehicle impound fees
• Compliance-related costs

OwnRyde is not responsible for any enforcement action, penalties, or losses arising from Driver transportation activities.

5. Regulatory Investigations & Requests

Drivers are responsible for handling:

• Regulatory investigations
• Compliance reviews
• Licensing inquiries
• Airport authority matters
• Transportation enforcement actions

OwnRyde may cooperate with lawful requests from:

• Government agencies
• Regulatory authorities
• Law enforcement agencies
• Airport authorities

where required by applicable law.

6. Platform Restrictions & Suspension

OwnRyde reserves the right to:

• Restrict Platform access
• Suspend Driver accounts
• Remove Drivers from specific jurisdictions
• Limit airport-related access
• Request additional documentation
• Enforce compliance-related Platform policies

Platform access may be restricted where:

• Compliance concerns arise
• Regulatory risks are identified
• Documentation is incomplete
• Safety concerns exist
• Legal obligations require action

7. No Guarantee of Authorization

OwnRyde does not guarantee that:

• Platform use is authorized in any jurisdiction
• Airport operations are permitted
• Drivers meet local legal requirements
• Transportation activities comply with all applicable regulations

Drivers remain solely responsible for ensuring lawful operation and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Independent Transportation Activities

Transportation services are independently provided by Drivers.

Drivers acknowledge that:

• They control their own transportation activities
• They are responsible for regulatory compliance
• OwnRyde does not supervise transportation services
• OwnRyde does not operate as a transportation provider

Nothing in this Policy creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between OwnRyde and Drivers.

9. Policy Updates

OwnRyde may modify this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised policies.
