This Zero Tolerance Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of the OwnRyde Platform (“Platform”), including Riders, Drivers, and other users (“Users,” “you,” or “your”).

OwnRyde, Inc. (“OwnRyde,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a technology platform that connects Riders with independent Drivers.

This Policy establishes strict rules regarding serious misconduct, unlawful activity, dangerous behavior, and actions that threaten user safety or Platform integrity.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to:

• Promote user safety
• Protect Platform integrity
• Establish strict behavioral expectations
• Address serious misconduct quickly and appropriately

OwnRyde may take immediate action when credible reports of prohibited conduct are received.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Platform:

Violence & Threats

• Physical assault
• Threats of violence
• Intimidation
• Brandishing weapons
• Violent behavior

Sexual Misconduct

• Sexual assault
• Sexual harassment
• Unwanted sexual advances
• Inappropriate touching
• Exploitative behavior

Impaired Driving & Substance Abuse

• Driving under the influence of alcohol
• Driving under the influence of illegal drugs
• Driving while impaired by prescription medication or other substances
• Unsafe intoxicated behavior that threatens safety

Criminal & Illegal Activity

• Human trafficking
• Exploitation
• Fraud or financial abuse
• Theft or property damage
• Identity fraud
• Transporting illegal substances
• Criminal conduct
• Unauthorized weapon possession where prohibited by law

Dangerous Conduct

• Reckless driving
• Dangerous vehicle operation
• Harassment or stalking
• Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
• Behavior creating unreasonable safety risks

3. Immediate Safety Actions

If OwnRyde receives a credible report involving serious misconduct or safety concerns, OwnRyde may:

• Immediately suspend Platform access
• Restrict account activity
• Pause Driver or Rider privileges
• Conduct a safety review or investigation
• Request statements or supporting information
• Permanently remove Users from the Platform
• Report incidents to law enforcement where legally required or appropriate

Safety-related suspensions may occur before investigations are completed.

4. Drug & Alcohol Policy

Drivers may not use the Platform while impaired by:

• Alcohol
• Illegal drugs
• Misused prescription medications
• Any substance impairing safe driving ability

Riders may not engage in:

• Dangerous intoxicated behavior
• Threatening conduct
• Unlawful drug activity
• Conduct creating safety risks during rides

Reports of impaired driving or dangerous behavior may result in immediate suspension pending review.

5. Weapons Policy

Users may not possess, display, or use illegal weapons while using the Platform.

OwnRyde reserves the right to restrict access for weapon-related safety concerns, even where possession may otherwise be legally permitted under local law.

6. Reporting Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to report:

• Violence
• Harassment
• Unsafe driving
• Impairment
• Threatening behavior
• Criminal conduct
• Safety concerns

Reports may be submitted through available support or reporting channels.

False, malicious, or intentionally misleading reports may result in disciplinary action.

7. Investigations

OwnRyde may review:

• User reports
• Trip records
• Account activity
• Communications
• Verification information
• Safety-related evidence

Users may be asked to cooperate with investigations or provide additional information.

OwnRyde reserves the right to make Platform safety decisions at its sole discretion.

8. No Guarantee of Conduct

OwnRyde may provide:

• Safety tools
• Verification systems
• Reporting features
• Platform enforcement policies

However, OwnRyde cannot guarantee:

• User conduct
• Transportation outcomes
• Rider safety
• Driver safety
• Prevention of all misconduct or criminal activity

Users remain responsible for exercising personal judgment and caution.

9. Enforcement Authority

OwnRyde reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Restrict Platform access
• Permanently remove Users
• Deny future access
• Cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate

Enforcement decisions may be made to protect:

• User safety
• Platform integrity
• Operational security
• Legal compliance

OwnRyde’s enforcement decisions are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Policy Updates

OwnRyde may modify this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised policies.
