(\u201cOwnRyde,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) operates a technology platform that connects Riders with independent Drivers.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n  This Policy establishes strict rules regarding serious misconduct, unlawful activity, dangerous behavior, and actions that threaten user safety or Platform integrity.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\n  The purpose of this Policy is to:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Promote user safety<\/li>\n  <li>Protect Platform integrity<\/li>\n  <li>Establish strict behavioral expectations<\/li>\n  <li>Address serious misconduct quickly and appropriately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n  OwnRyde may take immediate action when credible reports of prohibited conduct are received.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Prohibited Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Platform:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Violence &amp; Threats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Physical assault<\/li>\n  <li>Threats of violence<\/li>\n  <li>Intimidation<\/li>\n  <li>Brandishing weapons<\/li>\n  <li>Violent behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Sexual Misconduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Sexual assault<\/li>\n  <li>Sexual harassment<\/li>\n  <li>Unwanted sexual advances<\/li>\n  <li>Inappropriate touching<\/li>\n  <li>Exploitative behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Impaired Driving &amp; Substance Abuse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Driving under the influence of alcohol<\/li>\n  <li>Driving under the influence of illegal drugs<\/li>\n  <li>Driving while impaired by prescription medication or other substances<\/li>\n  <li>Unsafe intoxicated behavior that threatens safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Criminal &amp; Illegal Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Human trafficking<\/li>\n  <li>Exploitation<\/li>\n  <li>Fraud or financial abuse<\/li>\n  <li>Theft or property damage<\/li>\n  <li>Identity fraud<\/li>\n  <li>Transporting illegal substances<\/li>\n  <li>Criminal conduct<\/li>\n  <li>Unauthorized weapon possession where prohibited by law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Dangerous Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Reckless driving<\/li>\n  <li>Dangerous vehicle operation<\/li>\n  <li>Harassment or stalking<\/li>\n  <li>Hate speech or discriminatory conduct<\/li>\n  <li>Behavior creating unreasonable safety risks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>3. Immediate Safety Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\n  If OwnRyde receives a credible report involving serious misconduct or safety concerns, OwnRyde may:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Immediately suspend Platform access<\/li>\n  <li>Restrict account activity<\/li>\n  <li>Pause Driver or Rider privileges<\/li>\n  <li>Conduct a safety review or investigation<\/li>\n  <li>Request statements or supporting information<\/li>\n  <li>Permanently remove Users from the Platform<\/li>\n  <li>Report incidents to law enforcement where legally required or appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n  Safety-related suspensions may occur before investigations are completed.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4. Drug &amp; Alcohol Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Drivers may not use the Platform while impaired by:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Alcohol<\/li>\n  <li>Illegal drugs<\/li>\n  <li>Misused prescription medications<\/li>\n  <li>Any substance impairing safe driving ability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Riders may not engage in:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Dangerous intoxicated behavior<\/li>\n  <li>Threatening conduct<\/li>\n  <li>Unlawful drug activity<\/li>\n  <li>Conduct creating safety risks during rides<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n  Reports of impaired driving or dangerous behavior may result in immediate suspension pending review.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>5. Weapons Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\n  Users may not possess, display, or use illegal weapons while using the Platform.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n  OwnRyde reserves the right to restrict access for weapon-related safety concerns, even where possession may otherwise be legally permitted under local law.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>6. Reporting Safety Concerns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Users are encouraged to report:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Violence<\/li>\n  <li>Harassment<\/li>\n  <li>Unsafe driving<\/li>\n  <li>Impairment<\/li>\n  <li>Threatening behavior<\/li>\n  <li>Criminal conduct<\/li>\n  <li>Safety concerns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n  Reports may be submitted through available support or reporting channels.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n  False, malicious, or intentionally misleading reports may result in disciplinary action.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>7. Investigations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\n  OwnRyde may review:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>User reports<\/li>\n  <li>Trip records<\/li>\n  <li>Account activity<\/li>\n  <li>Communications<\/li>\n  <li>Verification information<\/li>\n  <li>Safety-related evidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n  Users may be asked to cooperate with investigations or provide additional information.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n  OwnRyde reserves the right to make Platform safety decisions at its sole discretion.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>8. No Guarantee of Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\n  OwnRyde may provide:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Safety tools<\/li>\n  <li>Verification systems<\/li>\n  <li>Reporting features<\/li>\n  <li>Platform enforcement policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n  However, OwnRyde cannot guarantee:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>User conduct<\/li>\n  <li>Transportation outcomes<\/li>\n  <li>Rider safety<\/li>\n  <li>Driver safety<\/li>\n  <li>Prevention of all misconduct or criminal activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n  Users remain responsible for exercising personal judgment and caution.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>9. Enforcement Authority<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\n  OwnRyde reserves the right to:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Suspend accounts<\/li>\n  <li>Restrict Platform access<\/li>\n  <li>Permanently remove Users<\/li>\n  <li>Deny future access<\/li>\n  <li>Cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n  Enforcement decisions may be made to protect:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>User safety<\/li>\n  <li>Platform integrity<\/li>\n  <li>Operational security<\/li>\n  <li>Legal compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n  OwnRyde\u2019s enforcement decisions are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>10.
