OWNRYDE COMMUNITY STANDARDS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOwnRyde, Inc. \u2014 Technology Platform<\/strong>\n
\nVersion 2.0 \u2014 Effective January 2026\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

These Community Standards (\u201cStandards\u201d)<\/b> describe the behavior expectations for all users of the OwnRyde Platform (\u201cPlatform\u201d), including Riders, Drivers, and other users (\u201cUsers,\u201d \u201cyou,\u201d or \u201cyour\u201d).<\/p>\n\n

OwnRyde, Inc. (\u201cOwnRyde,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d)<\/b> operates a technology platform that connects Riders with independent Drivers.<\/p>\n\n

All Users are expected to follow these Standards while using the Platform.<\/p>\n\n

1. Respectful Conduct<\/b><\/p>\n\n

All Users must:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • Treat others respectfully and professionally<\/li>\n
  • Respect personal boundaries and privacy<\/li>\n
  • Avoid harassment, intimidation, threats, or abusive behavior<\/li>\n
  • Communicate honestly and appropriately<\/li>\n
  • Avoid discriminatory conduct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other legally protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n

    2. Safety Expectations<\/b><\/p>\n\n

    Users must prioritize lawful, safe, and responsible behavior at all times.<\/p>\n\n

    This includes:<\/p>\n\n

      \n
    • Following applicable laws and regulations<\/li>\n
    • Avoiding dangerous or reckless conduct<\/li>\n
    • Following reasonable safety practices<\/li>\n
    • Cooperating during emergencies or safety incidents<\/li>\n
    • Wearing seatbelts where required by law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      Drivers are solely responsible for the safe and lawful operation of their vehicles and transportation activities.<\/p>\n

      3. Prohibited Conduct<\/b><\/p>\n\n

      The following conduct is strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n

        \n
      • Physical violence or threats<\/li>\n
      • Sexual harassment or misconduct<\/li>\n
      • Stalking or intimidation<\/li>\n
      • Fraud or deceptive activity<\/li>\n
      • False reporting<\/li>\n
      • Identity impersonation<\/li>\n
      • Possession or transport of illegal substances<\/li>\n
      • Criminal activity<\/li>\n
      • Human trafficking or exploitation<\/li>\n
      • Unauthorized weapons where prohibited by law<\/li>\n
      • Damage to vehicles or property<\/li>\n
      • Hate speech or discriminatory conduct<\/li>\n
      • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems<\/li>\n
      • Circumventing the Platform for unauthorized off-platform transactions<\/li>\n
      • Using the Platform for unlawful purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.<\/p>\n\n

        4. Account Integrity<\/b><\/p>\n\n

        Users must:<\/p>\n\n

          \n
        • Maintain accurate account information<\/li>\n
        • Use their own identity<\/li>\n
        • Keep account credentials secure<\/li>\n
        • Avoid creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts<\/li>\n
        • Complete required verification steps honestly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized accounts may be suspended or permanently removed.<\/p>\n\n

          5. Driver Standards<\/b><\/p>\n\n

          Drivers are expected to:<\/p>\n\n

            \n
          • Maintain vehicles in safe operating condition<\/li>\n
          • Maintain legally required licenses and insurance<\/li>\n
          • Keep vehicles reasonably clean and presentable<\/li>\n
          • Drive safely and responsibly<\/li>\n
          • Maintain professional conduct during rides<\/li>\n
          • Accurately represent vehicle information and documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            OwnRyde does not inspect, supervise, or control Driver vehicles or transportation activities.<\/p>\n

            6. Rider Standards<\/b><\/p>\n\n

            Riders are expected to:<\/p>\n\n

              \n
            • Treat Drivers respectfully<\/li>\n
            • Avoid damaging vehicles<\/li>\n
            • Avoid unsafe or unlawful behavior during rides<\/li>\n
            • Provide accurate pickup and destination information<\/li>\n
            • Exit vehicles safely and responsibly<\/li>\n
            • Avoid disruptive or threatening behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

              Riders may be responsible for damage caused during rides.<\/p>\n\n

              7. Payments & Platform Integrity<\/b><\/p>\n\n

              Users may not:<\/p>\n\n

                \n
              • Commit payment fraud<\/li>\n
              • Abuse chargebacks or disputes<\/li>\n
              • Manipulate pricing dishonestly<\/li>\n
              • Attempt unauthorized payment activity<\/li>\n
              • Circumvent Platform payment systems<\/li>\n
              • Request or pressure Users into unauthorized off-platform transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                OwnRyde may investigate suspicious financial or account activity.<\/p>\n\n

                8. Drugs, Alcohol & Impairment<\/b><\/p>\n\n

                Drivers may not use the Platform while impaired by:<\/p>\n\n

                  \n
                • Alcohol<\/li>\n
                • Illegal drugs<\/li>\n
                • Misused prescription medication<\/li>\n
                • Any substance that impairs safe operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                  Riders may not engage in unsafe or unlawful intoxicated behavior that threatens safety.<\/p>\n\n

                  Reports of impaired driving or dangerous conduct may result in immediate suspension pending investigation.<\/p>\n\n

                  9. Safety Reporting & Investigations<\/b><\/p>\n\n

                  Users are encouraged to report:<\/p>\n\n

                    \n
                  • Safety concerns<\/li>\n
                  • Harassment<\/li>\n
                  • Fraud<\/li>\n
                  • Accidents<\/li>\n
                  • Dangerous behavior<\/li>\n
                  • Policy violations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                    OwnRyde may review reports and take actions including:<\/p>\n\n

                      \n
                    • Warnings<\/li>\n
                    • Temporary suspension<\/li>\n
                    • Permanent removal<\/li>\n
                    • Safety restrictions<\/li>\n
                    • Account review<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                      OwnRyde may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.<\/p>\n

                      10. Platform Enforcement<\/b><\/p>\n\n

                      OwnRyde reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n

                        \n
                      • Suspend accounts<\/li>\n
                      • Restrict Platform access<\/li>\n
                      • Remove Users<\/li>\n
                      • Investigate conduct<\/li>\n
                      • Enforce Platform policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                        Enforcement decisions may be made to protect:<\/p>\n\n

                          \n
                        • User safety<\/li>\n
                        • Platform integrity<\/li>\n
                        • Operational security<\/li>\n
                        • Compliance obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                          Enforcement decisions are made at OwnRyde\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n\n

                          11. No Guarantee of Conduct<\/b><\/p>\n\n

                          While OwnRyde establishes behavior expectations through these Standards, OwnRyde does not guarantee the conduct, actions, safety, or behavior of any User.<\/p>\n\n

                          Users remain responsible for exercising personal judgment and caution while using the Platform.<\/p>\n\n

                          12. Updates to These Standards<\/b><\/p>\n\n

                          OwnRyde may update these Community Standards at any time.<\/p>\n\n

                          Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Standards.<\/p>\n\n
